During your massage, your massage therapist will ask for areas of focus while being mindful of any issue areas. Fall asleep and relax enjoying your massage.
Before each massage session, please arrive 15 minutes prior to enjoy our dry sauna to get your muscles relaxed and ready for the massage.

Hot Stone Massage

Some of the most often neglected areas of our bodies are our feet and hands. Through reflexology massage, your therapist will massage pressure points to help stimulate blood flow, relieve pain, promote healthier nerve stimulation, and more.
