NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR HAIR?

We’re committed to serving you. Since building long-term relationships is our top priority, we welcome the opportunity to adjust your service to your satisfaction. It may be something quickly enhanced by your artist, or you may feel more comfortable with a different artist. Either way, we want you to feel safe communicating with us. Given the opportunity, we will work to ensure your satisfaction.  Please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment if you are not 100% happy with your hair. 

WE LOVE KIDS!

We love children and appreciate them at Trendue! Our salon is big and contains sharp, hot tools and we do not want anyone to get hurt.  As a courtesy to other Trendue Guests and in an effort to offer a stress-free environment and professional atmosphere, we ask that each Trendue Guest provide responsible supervision for any children in the salon.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE & RETURNS

We will gladly apply the full value of gently used Aveda products purchased at Trendue toward another product of your choice. However, all make-up, tools, brush, and hair extension sales are final. Product Exchanges and Returns are allowed up to 60 days after purchase.

WE MESSED UP!

If for any reason we have to cancel or reschedule your same-day reservation, a  complementary gift will be offered. This courtesy will not apply if you elect to be accommodated by another designer on your originally scheduled date. If you arrive for a confirmed appointment that we are unable to accommodate, your scheduled service will be complimentary.

CAN’T MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT?

If you are unable to arrive promptly for your appointment we do ask for as much notice as possible. Our service providers strive to maintain a timely schedule and in order to provide top-notch service to our clientele, late arrivals may result in an abbreviated service time. If a client is more than 10 minutes late, the appointment may need to be modified. In rare cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Sometimes we may run a little behind, too. We truly respect our clients’ time, and we try to make sure this seldom happens. When it does, we will do our best to keep you posted.

CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS

If you must cancel your appointment, please keep in mind that a 48-hour cancellation notice is appreciated by phone or in person. This allows us time to replace that appointment for our commission-based service providers.

We understand that things come up and emergencies arise; in the unfortunate event that one does, please allow as much notice as possible.

CELL PHONES

Your cell phone is perfect for checking in on Facebook, showing your favorite new celebrity style to your service provider, and scheduling your next appointment. In order to fully relax, please do remember to silence your ringer.

CONVERSATION

You may have heard through the grapevine that we are a gossip-free salon. Many of our clients and staff rank this as one of the best things about Trendue. We strive to be all about you, our client, while educating you on the latest styles and trends ensuring you feel your best.

ALTERNATE STYLISTS

Every once in a while, your preferred stylist may be unavailable, we are built on a culture of professionalism and teamwork, and it in no way hurts our feelings if you schedule with another stylist. In the case that you may want to change stylists that is ok too.  It does happen and your happiness is our top priority.
